YG series vertical pipeline oil pump is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly centrifugal pump. According to the different media and temperatures used in the application, stainless steel material is used for the overcurrent section, which makes the use of this series of products popular. This series of pumps has excellent performance, high reliability, long service life, reasonable structure, and beautiful appearance, and is at the forefront of the industry.

Smooth Operation: The absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation without any vibration.
No Leakage: Hard alloy seals made of different materials ensure no leakage when transporting different media.
Low Noise: The water pump supported by two low-noise bearings runs smoothly, with little noise except for the faint noise from the motor.
Low Failure Rate: the structure is simple and reasonable, and the key parts adopt international first-class quality; Supporting equipment greatly improves the fault free working time of the entire machine.
Easy Maintenance: Replacing seals and bearings is simple and convenient.
More Economical Footprint: The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters, located on the same centerline. It has a small footprint, convenient installation and maintenance, and low building investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors. The series has a flow range:1.5-1200m3/h, head range:5-125m

The suction pressure is ≤ 1.6MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately proposed during ordering, so that the overcurrent and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel material during manufacturing.
The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 95%.
The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used contains small particles, please indicate when placing an order so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.

The YG vertical pipeline oil pump transports oil, kerosene, diesel, solvents, and edible oil at a medium temperature of -20 ℃ to 120 ℃. YG type vertical single stage single suction explosion-proof oil pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as high-temperature hot water booster circulation and transportation of boilers in hotels, bathrooms, hotels, and urban housing heating circulation pumps, with operating temperatures below 105 ℃.
