The CDL/CDLF series lightweight stainless steel vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is a non self priming vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump, which adopts a standard vertical motor and a quick installation mechanical seal, optimizing the mechanical seal structure. It adopts a novel independent exchange structure, which can transport various different media from tap water to industrial liquids, suitable for different temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges, and also suitable for easy replacement of mild corrosive liquids.

By adopting excellent hydraulic models and advanced manufacturing processes, the performance and service life of the pump are greatly improved.
Due to the use of mechanical seals made of hard alloy and fluororubber, the reliability of pump operation and the temperature of the conveying medium can be improved.
The overall structure is compact, small in size, light in weight, low in noise, significantly energy-saving, and easy to maintain.
The inlet and outlet of the multi-stage pump are located on the same horizontal line as the pump seat and can be directly used in the pipeline.
Using standard motors, users can equip motors according to their needs. Users can also be equipped with intelligent protectors as needed to effectively protect the pump from dry rotation, phase loss, overload, etc.

·A non flammable and explosive medium that is thin, clean, and does not contain solid particles or fibers.
Such as mineral water, softened water, pure water, clear oil, and other light chemical media.
The main material of the pump is stainless steel, which can be used for pumping mild corrosive media.
